When will my order arrive? If you are inside the United States the normal shipping time is between 2 to 4 working days for packaging, in addition to the method of shipping you choose. If you are outside the United States it can take anywhere from 1 - 3 weeks. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover. If you are uncomfortable with our secure online ordering system, feel free to call, send us a Fax, Check or Money Order. All funds are in US Dollars
Great
efforts have been made to represent colors and sizes as accurately
as possible. We do not guarantee that color or size variations
won't occur and we do not take returns under any circumstances due
to color or size variance. Please contact us and ask for us to
send photographs of any artwork you would like to purchase.
We will work diligently to make every step of the way go as smooth
as possible for you. Satisfied clients refer other customers to us.

Shipping & Handling Charges
For us to provide you with the best possible packaging to keep damage at a minimum, the shipping and handling charges will be calculated and added to your invoice with your approval.

rush delivery will help reduce shipping time, however
normal
processing times still apply. Every effort is made to ship your order as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee these time frames due to the delivery system, especially during holidays and peak periods. If there is a rush situation, please call us in advance. Returns Policy Authorization by us is required for all returns prior to you sending artwork back. We do not credit our shipping charges from your original purchase. Returns are not accepted for any reason other than damages. To obtain a refund, please return the product after you have received authorization, prepaid to the address below. Please include your name, address, phone number and Order ID number so we can locate your order in our system. If you have any questions please call customer service at 215-862-5272. howard@howard-gallery.com We will not sell your email address or phone number nor will we share your private information with third parties.
